Fitness Bootcamp in Teddington improving health and fitness

Come and join the fun, friendly fitness bootcamp every Saturday at 9am at Udney Hall Gardens

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all having a fantastic week so far. It’s nearly Friday which can mean only one thing… Saturday Morning Bootcamp! It’s an awesome way to kickstart the weekend and the right way. But why come to this bootcamp instead of others?

  • We cater for everyone of all abilities. Whether you’ve worked out a 1000 times, or it’s your 1st session ever, I’ll ensure that the exercises are adjusted accordingly to suit you!

  • A lot of bootcamps are very military with PT’s shouting at you demanding 100 burpees before you can get a break. We’re not like that all. We’re quite the opposite! We focus on fun, friendly fitness whilst you get an invigorating workout and feeling energised for the rest of the weekend. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

  • I keep things fresh, interesting and spicy with different exercises and different equipment. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, sandbags, TRX, boxing and plenty more!

  • We have a lovely open area which is begging to be utilised by us. It’s nice and quite in the morning as well so we dont get many passers by.

  • Everyone is welcome! Bring your friends, family and pets… They don’t have to join in but they’re more than welcome to do so

  • Most importantly, your 1st session is FREE! After that, its £10 which is competively priced with a Personal Trainer by your side for 45 minutes

If this is something that interests you, get in contact today and let’s get this ball rolling!

Tip of the week

Hydration, recovery, water

Hydration

There are never ending benefits from consuming water and I know (myself included) that the majority of us dont consume enough each day.

To help me get my 2+ litres in a day, I ensure that I carry with me a 2 litre bottle. It’s transportable and an easy way to keep track of how much you’ve had. The only downside to drinking this much water is the constant need to wee! Other benefits include:

1) Without it, it can impair your physical performance

2) It can help prevent headaches

3) It can help with weight loss
