WEIGHT LOSS & TONING

Losing weight can often prove a really hard and frustrating thing to do! Decreasing your body fat percentage (BF%) very much depends upon the individual: your metabolic rate, exercise history and nutritional intake. In additional to our highly empathetic and patient approach, we also use scientific analysis and up-to-date technology to measure a range of metrics, such as bone density, basal metabolic rate (BMR) and water retention, to construct a programme that works most effectively with each client’s own unique specifications. We’ve guided an overwhelming number of clients to incredible results in this area, and love nothing more than sharing in their fabulous success!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Whether it’s sport-specific, or simply as a means of improving muscle tone and feeling stronger, our S&C programmes are incredibly popular as a means of improving muscular strength, increasing overall health and feeling fantastic as a result. We utilise state-of-the-art technology, such as the supplying of an Apple Watch during workouts, to ensure that each client operates in the most effective ‘training zone’ for their own unique goals and stage of development.

PRE & POST NATAL

Naturally, the female body alters significantly during and after pregnancy, with a range of factors at play, such as increased blood pressure, changes to hormonal secretion and muscle separation. To counter and combat these changes, our exercise programmes differ considerably from each individual client, and also across each trimester. A detailed and very thorough consultation enables our trainers to create a highly specific programme that retains flexibility to work around your stage of pregnancy and recovery; we’re with you every step of the way!

CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS

With over 20 years of competitive experience in endurance sports, Jackson is an expert in creating training programmes tailored towards dramatically improving the fitness and cardiovascular output of his clients. These programmes include an impressive range of contributing elements, such as interval training, threshold exercise and steady-state efforts, to maximise output in a way that’s sustainable, sensible and highly effective!

REHABILITATION

Injuries are often incredibly frustrating and, when not approached in the correct way, can linger for too long, decreasing performance and diminishing rates of success. At JacksonFIT, we work alongside industry leading physiotherapists to create recovery and rehabilitation programmes that are unique to the specific injury issue, ensuring that each individual case is targeted in the safest and most efficient way possible. It’s our overriding ambition to have you back to your best and feeling fantastic; it’s just what we do!

SKI FITNESS & WINTER SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Evie, our Senior Personal Trainer, is an international skiing competitor, with over 10 years of experience at the highest level. She holds a Level 3 ISIA (an incredibly impressive and prestigious ski instruction qualification). As a result, she is an industry-leading expert in training the body for the specific needs and physiological demands of the slopes. Her ski-specific strength & conditioning programmes will have you feeling fitter, stronger and more confident than ever as you approach that wonderful winter holiday!
