FAQ

I haven’t exercised for years. Am I still able to attend an exercise class?

Absolutely! Our sessions are designed to ensure that everybody finds a level that’s comfortable and sensible for them. Each exercise is completely adaptable and optional, empowering our members to simply take part in as much of the session as they can.

What is involved and included in the free consultation?

This is simply a chance for you to meet Jackson in an informal and relaxed setting to discuss your goals. It’s an opportunity for you to get to know a little more about the JacksonFIT approach and to decide (free of charge) whether it might work for you. It’s also a chance for you to ask as many questions as possible before taking a single step further!

I’m looking to build up my running to eventually complete 5km. Is that possible with JacksonFIT?

For sure! Jackson himself specialises in improving the cardiovascular fitness of his clients. As a middle and long distance runner, Jackson is incredibly well versed in putting together sensible, progressive plans for those who wish to build up their running incrementality, all at a pace and level that’s right for them.

What equipment do I need to take part in an exercise class or personal training session?

All we ask of our clients and members is that they wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle with them. For all classes and personal training, we provide all of the necessary equipment, including mats, resistance materials, and anything else that may help you to get the very most out of your sessions!

Are the block-bookings for personal training tied into a short time-frame for completion?

Not at all. At JacksonFIT, we strive to offer as much flexibility as we can with all of our bookings and services. Therefore, clients can enjoy a longer period of time to complete their blocks of training sessions; this then allows members to enjoy holidays, take time off with work commitments, or anything else that would have otherwise hindered progress.
