Who’s finding it difficult to stay on track with there goals during the cold months? I’ll admit that I certainly am!
We all want to snuggle up in bed, watching Netflix and scoffing down mince pies. I don’t blame you and you certainly shouldn’t feel guilty about it. This time of year is where we can begin to wind down and enjoy time relaxing and spending time with our familys.
But, there’s still a reason to keep things ticking over until the New Year:
1) You’ll have a head start on everyone else at the start of 2023 and be on track for summer
2) You won’t feel guilty about all the mince pies and wine consumed over the next few weeks
3) The gyms and outdoors spaces are fairly empty at the moment, so you’ll have all the equipment and outdoor space to utilise
4) You’ll always feel amazing after getting out there for an hour and enjoying the rest of your day
